  I was very lucky to meet Dr. Alan for some procedures years ago. As a patient with weak and sensitive teeth and experience of visiting Dental offices, I could tell Dr. Alan stands out from other Dentists. He treated my teeth in such a caring, gentle, and adept way that a trust was immediately established. Due to the planned relocation, we moved away from the area. Very soon, I found out I was missing Dr. Alan.
  After we moved back, my wife’s crown fell off. I called Sweet Home Dental Care for help, and Vicky, Office Manager, promptly arranged the appointment. As expected, everything went smoothly. Then, I called Vicky back and started my journey of fixing my teeth with Dr. Alan.
  Dr. Alan treats his patients as extended family members of his Sweet Home Dental Care. He does extra work to help them get well, and has high standards for each procedure. As my teeth are worn out too much and very low, Dr. Alan suggested “open bite” for me. I’ve been successfully following his plan and could feel my general condition is getting much better after each appointment. Dr. Alan is very knowledgeable and locates the sources of my dental problems accurately. He has managed to save my teeth, and always chooses the best option and quality material. To ensure the best result, Dr. Alan makes sure I’m fully recovered from each procedure before he starts the next treatment. Again, as always, he is adept, gentle, and thorough in his treatment. I would say Dr. Alan is a gifted Dentist.
  When I did need to see a specialist, Dr. Alan referred me to the best specialist in the Bay Area.
  Dr. Alan is a good listener. He communicates with his patients before, during, and after procedures. Before procedures, he would have a private talk with them and gets to know their concerns. He would explain to his patients what he’s going to do to help them. During procedures, when he’s going to do a major work, he’ll tell his patients so that they are prepared for it. Whenever he senses any stress from his patients, he would pause to see if more help is needed. After procedures, he would update his patients about what has been accomplished.
  Dr. Alan is an excellent evaluator and planner. By following his plan and schedule step by step, I’m amazed at the accuracy of his diagnosis.
  Dr. Alan is both the best dental surgeon and “architect” or “designer”, he not only fixes his patients’ dental problems, but also makes sure their new teeth look beautiful. My case is a good example, Dr. Alan opens bite for me, from there he creates a new and healthy environment in my mouth and around my teeth, and then he installs strong, healthy, and good-looking new teeth for me.
  At Sweet Home Dental Care, there is a friendly, dedicated and ready-to-help team. Vicky, Office Manager, is the first person to answer your phone calls and greet you in the office. She manages all your paperwork and is willing and ready to address your questions. Whenever I have any questions, she is always there. She cares all the patients and does everything possible to make them feel comfortable and at home.
  Heather, Dental Assistant, is caring, encouraging, and detail-oriented. She helps me get ready for each procedure. During major and long procedures, she monitors my conditions and makes sure I’m doing well. I’m impressed with the temporary crowns she has made for me. They look so real, most friends think they are permanent ones.
  I was afraid of teeth cleaning due to my past unpleasant experience. But Jerilyn, Dental Hygienist, has changed my views on teeth cleaning. She helped me relax with her calm and soft tone. She handled my teeth so gently and skillfully, and my teeth felt so clean, that I’m looking forward to the next teeth cleaning appointment.
  I am recommending Dr. Alan to families and patients who are looking for a gifted Dentist who really cares his patients and enjoys working for them. I am recommending Sweet Home Dental Care where you would meet a team of sweet professionals who are focusing on keeping your teeth healthy and giving back your confident smile.
